By accessing and using Ailytify's lead generation and advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Ailytify provides lead generation and advertising services designed to help businesses identify, target, and connect with potential customers. Our services include:

• Lead generation and qualification
• Targeted advertising campaigns
• Social network integration and automation
• Prospect research and intelligence
• Performance analytics and reporting

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Ailytify services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for our services
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the privacy and rights of individuals in your lead generation activities
• Not use our services for spam, harassment, or any illegal activities
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

4. Payment Terms

Payment for Ailytify services is based on qualified leads delivered according to your selected plan:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead (monthly) / $32 per qualified lead (yearly)
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead (monthly) / $40 per qualified lead (yearly)
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead (monthly) / $48 per qualified lead (yearly)

Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads delivered meet your specified qualification criteria. A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets your target demographic and industry requirements
• Has verified contact information
• Has demonstrated interest in your product or service category
• Has the authority or influence to make purchasing decisions

6. Data Privacy and Protection

Ailytify is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA. For detailed information about our data practices, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Ailytify services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ailytify and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, Ailytify does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ailytify's liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Modifications to Terms

Ailytify reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
